Two months left!

For this semester that is...

I can't believe its already October! This semester is flying by! School is going well. I have had three exams so far, the first two, health assessment and fundamentals I did really well in and got "A's", patho is another story. I didn't study as much as I should have so I didn't do too hot on that exam. I am signing up for a tutor though. Patho sucks! School keeps me very busy, I have quizzes in almost every class or a skills checkoff. I had a head and neck health assessment checkoff yesterday, its so much..but I did good. Only 8 weeks then its finals week!! Next semester I'm taking psych, med surg, pharm...and something else I can't remember...

Aside from school, I'm really excited its fall. I love going to lewis orchards and getting apples and pumpkins and all that exciting stuff. My poor horse has been neglected the past two weeks with exams and stuff, so I'm hoping to get to ride her tomorrow. This weekend we have fall break..no class monday or tuesday! Unfortunatly I'm working saturday, maybe sunday, and tuesday. I'm cutting back on my work hours because school is killing me. Luckily I have an awesome boyfriend and awesome parents too...or else I wouldn't be able to go to school.

Oh---and I have to buy a new car. My mustang is dying, it has 120k miles on it and can't keep making my 50 mile one way trip to school anymore. My mom lets me drive her car to school, however I need to get a new one. I'm looking into a car, such as a mazda3 or toyota or something. I'm not sure, I think I just need to go test drive some and look at them in person rather than on the internet. We shall see!

I'm excited for this fall and winter, we have a few things coming up with family that will be nice. As I have no life now and dont do anything but work and school. Oct 17th Billy (andrews brother) will be in town from Utah, I know he's really excited about seeing him (and his wife Katie is getting ready to have their first little boy in Nov, I can't wait. The world needs a little Deaver!) and his sister together. Oct 25th is the Alzheimers Walk, in support of my grandmother who is suffering from the disease. Nov 15th we're celebrating thanksgiving early with some of my family. It should be a really good fall and i'm looking forward to winter break and going skiing!!
